Around it sit a T. H. Brown armchair with polished timber frame and THB maker’s label, a Burgess three-seat lounge in warm beige wide-wale corduroy, and eight timber dining chairs with chocolate velvet upholstery, two of them armchairs. Also listed: a tall display cabinet with carved columns and glass door, a Variett tilting tray table on casters, a pair of modernist timber veneer end tables, a timber chess table with inlaid circular top, a vintage floor lamp with shaped timber pedestal, a Sanpellegrino cloth umbrella shade (no stand or central post), a storage box with padded tan vinyl seat, and a large vintage oil painting on board, signed upper left, with age showing.

The silver is the headline act. Four pieces, assay marked to London, with the coffee pot by John James Keith in 1836 and the teapot, sugar bowl and creamer by John Tapley in 1844.
