You are getting the complete modular shoring gear: adjustable steel props, stringers, joists, and all the connecting hardware needed to support elevated concrete slabs. Dayton Superior is a well-known brand in the industry, so you can expect the gear to meet standard engineering specs.

For any builder or formwork specialist, this is a chance to pick up a large volume of system components in one hit. Buying a used system of this scale new would cost a fortune. This is a proper workshop clearance, not a pile of junk. The lathe is the headline act: 356×1000 capacity, comes with 3-jaw and 4-jaw chucks, chuck plates, a steady rest, and a quantity of spindles and tool holders. It’s three-phase, hard-wired, and listed as operational but untested, so factor in a licensed electrician for disconnection and your own lifting gear for removal.

The milling side is covered by the 2024 Hafco Metalmaster BM-30A turret mill with a YHSINO controller, machine vice and holder set, running off a 240V-15A plug. There’s also a Vertex super indexing spacer with a 3-jaw chuck, and a bundle with an 18-piece collet set, a 3-jaw spindle chuck, and a TM F45SE12 milling head. Don’t overlook the smaller stuff: a Ryobi 30L wet/dry vacuum, a five-drawer Hafco tool cupboard workbench with drill bits and misc gear inside, four mobile welding screens, and a bundle of three plastic jerry cans (with some fuel) plus a tagged 9kg fire extinguisher. Everything is untested unless noted, so bid accordingly. Removal is on you, and the press needs a manual touch

Air conditioning gear is worth a look, with two Hisense indoor units and one outdoor split unit, all possibly unused and boxed. A Mitsubishi indoor unit, also possibly unused, rounds out the climate control lots. If you’re after basic materials, there’s a pallet of assorted cables in various gauges, plus around 12 boxes of electrical fittings, including HPM, Sal, and Vent-Air items.

For the structural side, there’s a Hearthull steel component set with a 4000kg per pair working load limit, though it shows some rust and may be incomplete. A heavy-duty tow hitch with a 50mm ball is also listed. Smaller items include a 3.7m Gorilla ladder, two yellow toolboxes, and four LV rescue kits in yellow vinyl bags, though the kits may be incomplete. The panel wall lift loader is listed as incomplete, so treat that one as a parts or scrap proposition. Bidding closes on 26 August.

This is a full plant dispersal from a mining operation. The standout is the Franna crane, a mobile unit built for tight sites. Crushers include jaw and cone models, likely from major OEMs. Loaders range from mid-size to production class, with a grader for haul road maintenance.

Light commercials cover utes and service trucks, useful for site support or resale. Everything is sold as-is, so inspect before bidding. The close date is 29 July 2026, giving you time to arrange a site visit in Rockhampton.

This is a straight fleet reduction, not a patch-up job. The 2021 Actros is the pick of the bunch for line-haul work, with the 2018 model a solid second option if you want the same platform for less outlay. Both are 6×4 configuration, so they’re set up for heavy work, not suburban runs.

The Kenworth T409SAR with the Hercules HEDT-4 dog trailer is a ready-made combo for carting dirt, gravel, or demolition material. It’s a 2015 build, so check the service history, but the tipper and trailer pairing means you can start earning straight away. The 2025 Isuzu NPR 45-155 Tradepack is the odd one out, but it’s a nearly-new tray truck that’s ideal for local deliveries or trades work, and it’s still under factory warranty.

Grays has this listed as a liquidation, so expect the lots to move at realistic wholesale rates.
