Rare Motorport & Automotive Workshop Auction in NSW

EHVA is hosting an inspection for the Temora Estate Auction on Sunday, 8th March, from 10 am to 2 pm. This auction is quite special as it is the estate of the late Philip Robert “Bob” Wootton, a highly regarded lifelong motorsport competitor and advocate for grassroots racing in Australia.

For motorsport fans, those looking to enter grassroots racing, and those in the automotive field, this is a rare opportunity. In total there are over 140 lots on offer including rare motorsport vehicles, a 1986 Lotus Eclat Excel, an MGB Roadster, Lotus parts, a vehicle hoist, and workshop equipment.

Rodney is the developer of AuctionFinder, with over 30 years experience in the auto trade working with Ford Motor Company, and later in I.T. He is a motor mechanic by trade who greatly enjoys restoring the value in used items and returning them to service. He did this for several years, purchasing used cars from Pickles and Manheim auctions, in both Melbourne and Brisbane, carrying out repairs, and finding new homes for them. In his mid-years, he studied Computer Science at the RMIT, and dabbled in buying bulk lots of computers at auction and sending them out to new homes via local marketplaces.
