Auction Details

The auction is conducted on behalf of the landlord pursuant to a distraint for rent. All payment methods accepted include cash, bank cheque, Eftpos (with a 1.10% surcharge for credit), and internet banking. A buyer’s premium of 16.5% will apply and all sales are GST inclusive.

Collection of purchased goods can be made on the day of sale until 4 PM, and the following day from 9 AM to 4 PM. All items must be collected by 4 PM on Wednesday, 11th March 2026. It is the responsibility of the buyer to organize licensed tradespersons for disconnecting any hardwired equipment, and photo ID is required for all credit card payments upon collection.
